Resolve a Query

Overview

As a localization project manager, handling queries raised by translators can often be a challenging task. We gather all queries related to the project or relevant to you in one place, allowing you to quickly revise, assign, and resolve them.

Invite Others to Participate in Resolution

When you're a PM, some queries often require support from more people, possibly clients or even developers. You can invite them to join the discussion and provide conclusions back to the questioner

Once team members are invited, they can participate in the discussion to resolve the query:

When there's a final answer, you can set the discussion item as a conclusion, so translators can see the final feedback and the Query is resolved. Of course, in most cases it may not be this complex - PMs can immediately set the conclusion themselves to provide reference for translators
