Query

Overview

Query is an independent system that stays tightly integrated with the Flow platform. It exists to remove communication barriers around localization queries for clients, vendors, and linguists. By using Query, multiple vendors can collaborate on answering questions within the same project. PMs can quickly associate a Query project with a localization project, while linguists can create new queries directly from the CAT interface. When a query has been resolved, PMs can share it with other target languages to avoid repeated questions. We are also working on faster query creation for linguists, more convenient search across historical queries, reminders prompting linguists to review existing queries, visibility into which queries linguists have marked as “Noted,” and AI-powered quick answers once enough questions accumulate.
